As an Assistant Salon Director, you'll help lead the salon team, support daily operations, and create an upbeat environment where both clients and employees feel confident and welcome.

What you'll do: help manage daily salon operations in a fast-paced environment, lead by example in customer service and sales, support and coach team members to achieve goals, maintain a clean and professional salon environment, assist with inventory, reports, and operational tasks, help manage scheduling and staffing needs, ensure clients receive a friendly and positive experience.

What we're looking for:

previous management or sales experience required, strong leadership and communication skills, basic computer skills, ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, positive attitude and team-focused mindset, reliable transportation.

Physical requirements include ability to stand and walk for extended periods, ability to bend and clean tanning equipment, ability to lift or assist with lifting supplies, ability to perform cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing.

Compensation: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour.
