We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Sales and Marketing Representative for a manufacturing company located in Greeneville, TN. This is a DIRECT HIRE opportunity with a Mid-Sized, and well established company. Candidates must have a successful background in Business to Business sales in the manufacturing industry. Salary range will depend on experience, education, and training ($75,000 to $85,000 plus bonus).

The Sales and Marketing Representative will maintain existing client relationships and grow current business within those clients. Also responsible for new client development. Support marketing activities to generate customer communications.

• Maintain and build relationships with existing customers to ensure ongoing business and satisfaction.
• Identify and qualify new sales opportunities in assigned markets.
• Assist with preparing quotes, pricing, and proposals; follow up to secure orders.
• Support the creation and distribution of marketing materials and product information.
• Track sales activity and update the pipeline in coordination with the sales team.
• Provide accurate feedback from customers to support product and service improvements.
• Monitor industry trends and share insights with the sales team.
• Perform other sales or marketing tasks as directed by management.
• Support the Customer Service Coordinator (CSR).

• Associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
• At least 2-3 years of sales or customer service experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Basic understanding of financial and technical information related to customer accounts.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
