Job Overview

Maintenance Technician – Greeneville, TN.

Full‑time position on the 2nd and 3rd shifts.

Compensation ranges from $20.00 to $24.00 per hour, or $38,400 to $46,000 annually, depending on experience.

• Troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment to minimize production downtime.
• Perform basic diagnostics on Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and identify automated system faults.
• Conduct routine preventive maintenance (PM) inspections and servicing on all manufacturing machinery.
• Read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and electrical/fluid schematics.
• Accurately log completed work orders, preventive maintenance tasks, and parts used in the maintenance tracking system.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while strictly adhering to OSHA regulations and company safety protocols.
• Collaborate with shift supervisors and machine operators to support production goals while maintaining a clean and OSHA‑compliant work environment.
• Work independently, managing tasks effectively without constant direct supervision.

Second shift: 4 PM to 12 AM. Overtime may be required.

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 0 years of experience with proven ability to perform maintenance tasks.
• Experience with mechanical, electrical, electronic, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Familiarity with reading blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Basic knowledge of PLC troubleshooting and diagnostics.
