Tusculum University, a member of the NCAA Division II and the South Atlantic Conference, has teamed up with Bechler Leadership to seek qualified candidates for the position of Head Coach – Women’s Basketball. This position will implement and manage all phases of a competitive Division II program in accordance with NCAA, SAC, and Tusculum University regulations.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS- Bachelor’s degree required;
Master’s degree preferred. - 3+ years of coaching experience at the collegiate level.
- Ability to manage a budget.
- Fundraising experience.
- Record of success in attracting quality student-athletes in a small college environment.
