Shipping Associate – 1st Shift

Mohawk, TN Pay: $17.00/hour

Schedule:

1st Shift | 4: 00AM-1: 30PM Shift hours may vary seasonally based on production and shipping demands.

Join Our Team! We' re looking for a dependable and motivated Shipping Associate to join a growing warehouse team in Mohawk, TN! This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with excellent benefits available upon permanent hire. • Prepare, package, and label outgoing shipments accurately.
• Pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment.
• Verify order accuracy and inspect products before shipping.
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
• Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment (forklift experience is a plus).
• Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with cycle counts as needed.
• Organize and maintain a clean, safe, and efficient shipping area.
• Follow shipping schedules and meet daily production goals.
• Complete shipping paperwork and utilize warehouse computer systems or scanners.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

• Previous warehouse or shipping experience preferred, but willing to train motivated candidates.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Regularly.
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Dependable with excellent attendance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills are a plus.

• $17.00 per hour
• 1st Shift Schedule 4: 00am to 12: 30pm
• Shift hours may change seasonally to meet business needs.
