Program Delivery Specialist — GreenfieldFront-line program staff who lead daily activities, supervise youth, and build relationships with families. Greenfield Union School District.
The Program Delivery Specialist is on the ground every day, leading activities, supervising youth, building relationships with families, and making sure programs run smoothly and safely. This is a hands‑on role for someone who shows up early, stays late, and treats every kid like they matter (because they do).
- Experience working with youth (camps, schools, sports, mentoring)
- Strong communication, classroom management, and team skills
- Comfort working outdoors and on your feet
- Ability to pass a background check and complete required training
- Bilingual English / Spanish a plus
- Local to Greenfield / South County preferred
- DOJ and FBI Live Scan clearance (CA Ed Code §45125.1)
- TB clearance
- Para educator competency (test, 48 college units, AA, or higher)
- First Aid/CPR within 30 days of hire
