Requirements / QualificationsTwo years of college course work or its equivalent. Comparable work experience in a school district environment may be substituted for this requirement. Knowledge and experience in personnel policies as specified by the California Education Code and Commission on Teacher Credentialing. Knowledge of federal and state laws applicable to affirmative action. Experience in a school district setting.
