Dispensary Associate | Higher Level | $17/hour + Tips | Full-Time
Join the Higher Level dispensary team in Greenfield as a Dispensary Associate and help create an exceptional customer experience through product knowledge, service, and daily store support.
Location:
Greenfield, CA
Schedule:
Open availability required (days, evenings, weekends, and holidays) Interview Requirement:
Two supervisor-level references required
- Pay: $17/hour + tips
- Paid time off
- Medical, dental, vision, life & accident insurance after 90 days

- Assist customers with cannabis products and recommendations
- Provide knowledgeable, compliant service
- Process transactions accurately
- Support inventory, stocking, and merchandising

- 21+ years old
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail setting
- Cannabis knowledge preferred
- Must pass Live Scan and be authorized to work in the U.S.
