Objective
Vouches trade and non-trade invoices and performs a variety of administrative and financial support tasks. Performs clerical duties as required. Work is performed with minimal supervision using general instructions and procedures. May develop most appropriate methods to handle information.

This job takes place in a professional office environment. You will routinely use office equipment such as computers, phones, copy machines, fax machines, and filing cabinets.
Physical Demands- Occasional lifting or moving up to 25 pounds.
- Required to sit, stand, walk, use hands for various tasks, talk and hear.
This is a full time position. Standard days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Required Education & Experience- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Two or more year’s previous accounting experience or education.
- College in accounting or related field.
- Basic working knowledge of computer systems and related software.
- Knowledgeable of accounting and financial systems and procedures, company policies and department operations.
- Ability prioritize and to multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Ability to handle confidential information in a discreet, professional manner
- Eye for detail, accuracy is imperative
- Able to meet deadlines
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills
- Ability to be an effective team member and display initiative
