Novelty Inc. develops fun, trend‑driven products sold through major retailers across the United States. We are looking for a creative and motivated Graphic Designer to join our team and help bring new products and packaging to life.

The Graphic Designer will support the development of product artwork, packaging, marketing materials, and digital assets. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their design skills while working in a fast‑paced product development environment.

• Create artwork for products and packaging
• Update and revise existing designs as needed
• Follow brand standards and design guidelines
• Prepare files for print production

• Create product images, flyers, sales sheets, and web graphics
• Assist with product mockups and presentations
• Support the sales and marketing teams with visual materials

• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Communicate project status and ask questions when needed
• Make revisions based on feedback

• Maintain organized project files and folders
• Save files according to company procedures
• Ensure final artwork is properly archived

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Basic understanding of typography, color, and layout
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects
• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field
• Experience with packaging design is a plus
• Familiarity with AI design tools is a plus
