We’re seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineering Technician to support our operations by bridging the gap between Maintenance and Engineering. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on troubleshooting, advanced programming work, and collaborating cross‑functionally to keep production running at peak performance. Key Responsibilities

  • Perform mechanical and electrical maintenance on production equipment, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum reliability.
  • Troubleshoot, modify, and optimize PLC programs and automated systems.
  • Make minor program edits and adjustments to CNC machinery as needed to support production requirements.
  • Serve as a liaison between Maintenance and Engineering
    , ensuring clear communication, accurate documentation, and alignment on technical priorities.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives, equipment upgrades, and root‑cause analysis efforts.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, system changes, and equipment performance.
Required Qualifications
  • 2–3+ years of experience in a maintenance, automation, or engineering technician role.
  • Strong maintenance skillset across mechanical, electrical, and automation systems.
  • Hands‑on experience with PLC programming, troubleshooting, and higher‑level controls work
    .
  • Experience working with CNC machines
    , including the ability to make program edits.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with both Maintenance and Engineering teams.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and a proactive, solutions‑driven mindset.
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)
  • Experience with robotics, motion control, or advanced automation systems.
  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing or continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and ladder logic.
