Data Science Manager
We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead the retrofitting of existing fulfillment centers with new technology systems. This role specializes in managing the retrofit cycle, collaborating with engineering and operations stakeholders to ensure timely execution, technical readiness, and overall project success. You will design and implement installation schedules, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and provide ongoing support post‑implementation until performance targets are achieved.
Key Job ResponsibilitiesBuild and develop specialized retrofit teams for each project cycle, collaborating with engineering, operations, and Central RME stakeholders to ensure timely resource allocation and technical readiness. Design and implement pre‑installation training schedules for all retrofit personnel in partnership with Learning & Development, operations teams, and OEMs. Lead the physical installation and integration of new technology systems into existing fulfillment centers, coordinating with site operations to minimize business disruption while managing project timelines, budgets, and resources across multiple concurrent initiatives.
Provide ongoing post‑implementation support to ensure successful technology adoption, including standard work execution, KPI tracking, high‑impact event management, and leadership support until legacy performance targets are achieved.
- 7+ years of team management experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance or related technical or quantitative field
