Schedule that works for you
- 12-hour shifts: 6:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m.
- 2-2-3 rotation: work 2 days, off 2 days, work 3 days, then rotate
- Every other weekend is a 3-day weekend
- You work ~15 days per month instead of 20+ in a typical schedule

We are looking for a Shipping & Logistics Operations Specialist who does more than just move boxes. We need someone who is mechanically curious, takes true ownership of their equipment, and thrives in a performance‑driven culture where precision and pace meet.

- Arrange freight pick‑ups, communicate status to stakeholders, and partner with transportation groups to exceed customer expectations.
- Seamlessly ship and receive materials using Oracle and MES, ensuring every receipt and movement is digitally captured.
- Generate and manage critical shipping documents, including Bills of Lading (BOL), packing lists, and customer sales orders.
- Take command of the "yard dog" to move trailers safely and efficiently between dock doors.
- Lead inventory audits, manage the end‑to‑end returns process, and ensure FIFO standards are strictly maintained.
- Participate in daily improvement (MDI) meetings and step up as a backup Team Leader when the business needs your guidance.
- A mechanically curious mindset—you want to know how the equipment works and how to keep it running at peak performance.
- Comfort navigating computer‑based inventory systems (Oracle experience is a plus).
- Physical agility to load/unload trucks and specialized yard equipment operation skills.
- A commitment to safety and quality that ensures every incoming raw material is inspected and tagged correctly.
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) or 3+ years of relevant manufacturing work experience.
- Ability to follow written and oral instruction.
- Prioritization of safety in every aspect of the working environment, adhering to established safety practices, policies, and procedures.
- Willingness to work overtime, including short‑notice requests.
- Ability to obtain a Forklift Operator’s license.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
