Summer Intern- Materials Supply Chain

The Summer Intern
- Materials Supply Chain will partner with Accessories Planning and Scheduling. The intern will be exposed to planning and scheduling through the facility, required system setup to drive MRP and appropriate production signals JIT to support both internal and external customers. In addition, exposure to standard work documents, training, and project management.
Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States. The company does not intend to provide sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H-1B, TN, etc.) for this employment position.
What You Will Do:- Deepen your understanding of Supply Chain.
- Participate in creating tools for both planning and scheduling to improve delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Work with a team to develop and validate results.
- Obtain the experience to create a foundation for growth and future opportunities with Allegion.
- Pursuing a degree in a relevant discipline.
- Resiliency and ability to adapt quickly.
- An inquisitive nature that seeks to learn and develop Supply Chain and Material Flow processes.
- Effective listening, time management and creative problem-solving techniques
- A desire to learn, grow and develop by working on projects that will impact Allegion’s business and customers
