Formica® Corporation is a global leader in the manufacturing and marketing of decorative surfacing materials. We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Shipping Clerk to join our North American headquarters in Cincinnati, Ohio.
Position OverviewWarehouse Shipping Clerk – 2nd Shift (3:30 PM to Midnight). This role is responsible for creating shipping documents for outbound shipments, maintaining data accuracy in the system, and communicating customer order details to Warehouse Supervisors. The position also requires coordinating PTO and cross‑training in other office functions.
Responsibilities- Allocate and load plan customer orders.
- Update pull and put away documents completed by floor personnel in the computer system.
- Create outbound shipping documents for customer and stock transfer orders.
- Create export documents when needed.
- Adjust inventory within the system due to variances found through pulling, put away, and cycle count functions.
- Communicate with other departments regarding orders and/or shipping information.
- File shipping, put away, and related documents for easy access when needed.
- Communicate with trucking lines on receiving ETA for late loads.
- Coordinate PTO with 2nd shift supervisor.
