JANITOR (FULL TIME) – ESFM® USA

Location:

4412 W County Road 300 N, Greenfield, IN 46140. Online applications accepted only.

Pay Rate: $15.75 per hour. Full‑time schedule with multiple shifts available. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.

Maintains cleanliness and order in buildings, including floors, walls, windows, and other surfaces using established procedures.

• Collects and disposes of trash following approved procedures and infection control plans.
• Dusts and mops floors according to approved procedures.
• Moves equipment and furniture for proper cleaning and returns furniture to correct placement.
• Cleans assigned areas with assigned materials and equipment; sanitizes all surfaces following the eight‑step cleaning procedure.
• Washes walls, windows, furniture, baseboards, and other items to maintain a clean, safe environment for patients, visitors, and staff.
• Identifies areas requiring cleaning and takes initiative to complete tasks.
• Completes all tasks assigned by supervisor.
• Performs tasks in accordance with all federal, state, and county guidelines.
• Strips, scrubs, buffs, and refinishes floors; shampoos carpet.
• Contributes to the team and exhibits professionalism with customers, fellow employees, and others.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Preferred previous housekeeping or janitorial experience.
