Duties:

As the General Manager, you will be the key decision-maker for the organization, working closely with the Owner to shape and execute the company's strategic direction. You'll oversee a talented leadership team that includes the Director of Operations, Controller, Fleet Manager, and Project Management group, ensuring alignment, accountability, and collaboration across all functions.

Position Requirements :

1. Leadership experience and supervising multiple team members

2. Confidence in decision-making

3. Experience developing a team

4. Experience managing budgets, forecasting, and driving profitability

5. Excellent communication skills

6. People-first mindset

7. Landscape or green space industry experience

Requirements:

Bachelors.

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $96.00 - $96.00 per hour.  This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
