The hourly rate for this position is $39.82 - $48.21 per hour, with a shift differential of $2.00 per hour.

Job Description

Your

Schedule:

We have a 12-hour 2-2-3 schedule from 6 PM to 6 AM, which involves working every other weekend.

What You'll Do:

As an Electrical Maintenance Technician, you'll be the go-to expert for all electrical and electronic systems, keeping our operations running smoothly. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Diagnose and repair electrical and electronic issues
  • Work on process systems, utility systems, and control loops
  • Perform advanced troubleshooting on PLC systems
Control Systems & Programming
  • Maintain PLC programming and documentation
  • Support control loop calibration
  • Adjust systems to meet design parameters
Documentation & Schematics
  • Update electrical schematics and control documentation

    Create training materials for operators and technicians
Technical Support
  • Support operations, engineering, and maintenance teams
  • Lead advanced diagnostics during unexpected breakdowns
Projects
  • Support emergency repairs and scheduled maintenance
  • Contribute to system upgrades and new procedures
Qualifications

What You Need

Experience
  • 6+ years of experience in electronics and instrumentation or an Associate degree in a related field + relevant hands-on experience
Technical Skills
  • Experience with PID control loops
  • Experience with AC/DC drives
  • Ability to read and evaluate PLC program logic
  • Experience with Sigma, ISO, or similar manufacturing systems (preferred)
Computer Skills
  • Experience with Google Docs/Sheets or Microsoft Office
Safety
  • Follow all plant safety procedures
  • Promote safe practices across teams
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs
