We are currently seeking a dependable and detail-oriented individual to join our Wire Drawing Department as a Wire Machine Operator
. This position involves operating industrial wire processing equipment, performing accurate measurements, and safely handling heavy materials. Successful candidates will demonstrate a strong work ethic, mechanical aptitude, and a willingness to learn in a hands-on manufacturing environment.

• Safely operate wire drawing machinery and related industrial equipment.
• Perform repetitive manual handling and processing of large-diameter steel wire.
• Using bolt cutters to cut wire.
• Take precise measurements using micrometers.
• Follow quality control procedures and maintain high attention to product quality.
• Communicate clearly and work cooperatively with team members and supervisors.
• Perform other duties as needed by Wire Department Manager.

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications or vocational training in machine operations is a plus.
• Previous experience as a Machine Operator or in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
• Basic Math Skills
• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and repair machinery.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination to operate machinery safely and effectively.
• Willingness to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Work environment can be seasonably warm and dusty.
