Position Summary
U.S. Auto Force, a division of U.S. Venture, Inc., brings together more than 100 years of experience as an industry leader in the distribution of tires, undercar parts, and lubricants to independent tire retailers, auto repair shops, and automotive dealerships.
Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. Rotating Saturdays may be required for overtime. Schedules are subject to change based on business needs and may require overtime.
- Load, unload, and stock tires and auto parts in a fast‑paced warehouse environment using industrial vehicles such as a forklift or picker equipment.
- Use scanners to locate and place tires, and assist with inventory control.
- Lift 50 pounds consistently throughout the shift and occasionally lift up to 80 pounds; use mechanical equipment or team lifts for commercial tires.
- Exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds when working with barrels or industrial/agricultural tires.
- Work at heights up to 25 feet safely while operating equipment.
- Remain on your feet for extended periods and work overtime as needed.
- Contribute to a culture of safety by adhering to all safety policies and operating procedures.
- Assist other departments (e‑commerce, inventory, etc.) as business needs arise.
- Perform additional related tasks and follow any job‑related instructions provided by a supervisor.

Physical demands:
The employee must be able to lift up to 80 pounds and exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds. Handling of commercial tires may require rolling, destacking, team lifting, or the use of mechanical equipment. Protective equipment (steel/composite toe boots, safety vest, safety harness, seat belt, self‑retracting lifeline) is required; all equipment is provided except steel/composite toe boots.
Work environment:
Exposure to weather conditions, moderate noise levels, and fumes from tires, car parts, and lubricants may occur.
- Minimum 18 years of age to operate equipment.
- 1 year of warehouse/logistics or relevant experience.
- Ability to safely lift 50 pounds consistently and occasionally lift up to 80 pounds.
- Ability to exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds on barrels and industrial/agricultural tires.
- Ability to work at heights up to 25 feet while operating equipment.
- Strict adherence to all safety policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Pass forklift certification.
- Willingness to work overtime as needed.
- Follow instructions and safe operating procedures.
