• Operate industrial sewing machines to produce consistent, high-quality products
• Perform repetitive sewing tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
• Stay focused and maintain a steady pace throughout your shift
• Keep your area organized and production-ready
• Support other areas of the plant when needed—we win as a team
• Work safely and take care of the equipment you use

• You like routine and repetition—and take pride in doing it well
• You can stay focused on the same task for long periods of time
• You care about quality and getting the details right
• You show up dependable and ready to contribute
• You work well as part of a team

• Sewing or manufacturing experience is helpful, but not required
• If you’ve done repetitive, hands-on work before (assembly, production, machine operation), you’ll likely be a strong fit

• Lifting and moving materials (up to ~50 lbs at times)
• A team environment where people depend on each other
