Assembly Machine Operator – 2nd & 3rd Shift

• Operate up to 4 machines at a time
• Perform tool changes using hand & power tools
• Inspect parts using measurement tools
• Move materials and keep production running
• Track materials and batch records

• 1+ year machine operating experience
• Comfortable with tools & mechanical work
• Ability to read blueprints
• Reliable work history
• Comfortable in a warm environment
• CNC experience is a plus

• Clean, well-maintained facility
• Paid hands-on training (6–8 weeks on 1st shift)
• Shift premium for 2nd & 3rd
• Overtime available

• Train on 1st shift (6–8 weeks)
• Move to 2nd or 3rd shift after training
• Occasional weekends with advance notice

This is a Permanent position based out of Greenfield, IN.

The pay range for this position is $43680.00 - $49920.00/yr.
