As a Plant Production Laborer, you will help build precast concrete products through hands-on work in form preparation, rebar installation, concrete placement, and finishing. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with their hands, learning construction skills, and seeing the results of their work every day.

• Ability to read a measuring tape accurately
• Basic understanding of construction drawings and blueprints
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Must submit resume
