IAF is seeking individuals with at least 1 year of continuous work history, with mechanical aptitude or the drive to learn manufacturing. Training will teach you to work safely while producing high-quality fasteners. After training, you’ll work on the hired shift with potential for growth.
Starting pay begins on the 1st shift at $21.00/hr, with 2nd shift at $22.00/hr and 3rd shift at $23.00/hr overtime training weeks 11–14 require extra hours; weekend work may be needed.
