Indiana Automotive Fasteners, Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join our manufacturing team. Training starts on the 1st shift, 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., Monday–Friday, with up to six weeks of training before moving to a hired shift.
After training, you may work 2nd shift 2:30 p.m.–11:00 p.m. or 3rd shift 10:30 p.m.–7:00 a.m., with starting pay $21.00 per hour on the 1st shift and higher rates on subsequent shifts. Overtime during training weeks is possible.
