Machine Operator
Location:
Indianapolis, IN.
Pay: $21/hr
Shift: 2nd shift- 2:30 PM-11:00 PM (Monday-Friday)
3rd shift- 10:30 PM - 7:00 AM (Sunday-Thursday)
Key Responsibilities- Operate up to four industrial machines while maintaining production standards.
- Use hand and power tools to change tooling and make minor equipment adjustments.
- Perform quality inspections using measuring tools such as calipers.
- Read and follow blueprints, work instructions, and production guidelines.
- Document production information, materials, and batch numbers accurately.
- Move and handle materials throughout the production area.
- Troubleshoot minor machine and production issues.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all safety and quality procedures.
- Minimum 1 year of machine operating experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Stable work history with at least 1 year per employer.
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn multiple machines.
- Experience using hand and power tools.
- Ability to read and understand production documents and blueprints.
- Experience using quality measurement tools such as calipers.
- Ability to lift, push, and move materials regularly.
- Comfortable standing for 8 to 12 hours and working in a warm manufacturing environment.

This is a Permanent position based out of Greenfield, IN.
Pay and Benefits:
The pay range for this position is $43680.00 - $49920.00/yr. Internal growth within the company!
