General Production Worker
Location:
Greenfield, IN.
Shift/Pay:
Training:
- 6-8 weeks of training
- All employees will train on 1st shift: 6:30AM to 3:00PM Monday through Friday
- Load and unload products from machines repeatedly
- Push and pull boxes weighing up to 50 lbs
- Inspect finished products for quality
- Operate shot blasting equipment as needed
- Weigh and package products according to specifications
- Complete materials and batch documentation accurately
- Work safely in a hot, industrial production environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently
- Experience performing general labor or production work
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
- Ability to stand for 8 to 12 hours per shift
- Minimum of 1 year of stable work history per employer

This is a Permanent position based out of Greenfield, IN 46140.
Pay and Benefits:
The pay range for this position is $43680.00 - $49920.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
