-Hancock Campus is seeking a Full Time Chief Clinical Officer, CCO RN with one-two years of leadership experience is required.
The Chief Clinical Officer (CCO) is a Registered Nurseand is a member of the positive leadership and administrative team of two hospital campuses. Also participates in staffing,decision-making, policy determination, and clinical planning and clinical operations of the hospital. She/he has the responsibility for overseeing the management of nursing practices in accordance with regulatory requirements. TheCNO must have knowledge of current theoretical approaches to delivering quality nursing care;
strategies for examining and applying relevant concepts; current leadership, management, and developmental performance improvement concepts; andthe ability to participate in developing and implementing positive strategies to address opportunities for improving nursing care.

- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Current Indiana Registered Nurse Licensure.
- CurrentBLS certification.
- CurrentACLS certification.
- Demonstrated leadership and management ability with a minimum of one to two years' experience in nursing leadership inhighacuity setting.
- Ableto communicate positively and effectively in English, both verbally and inwriting.
