Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Return Material Authorization (RMA) Processing: complete check‑in process, communicate discrepancies, perform inspection, determine disposition, prepare for movement.
  • Physically move material to designated area based on disposition (Scrap/Rework/Return to Stock).
  • Change Management Administration: lead bi‑weekly ECN and MCN meetings, collaborate with project leads to create detailed implementation timing and execution plans, create, coordinate, track and report MCN status, validate completion and identify aging tasks.
  • Nonconforming Material (NCM) Processing: receive nonconforming material, evaluate against requirements, disposition, generate reports, assist Quality Team with root cause investigations.
  • Quality Assurance: perform product and system audits, create and control quality documents, lead or support product sort, record and communicate inspection data, apply problem‑solving skills to support improvements.
  • General Duties: maintain workspace organization, perform safety inspections, support cross‑functional events, determine work priorities, complete all assigned training.
  • Eligibility: no supervisory responsibilities.
Qualifications
  • Mathematical skills: ability to perform calculations, compute ratios, and use industry best practices outlined in MIL‑STD‑120 and AIAG MSA (preferred). Demonstrated application of SPC or process capability tools.
  • Equipment skills: preference for candidates who can program CMM or have experience with optical comparators, hardness gages, micrometers, etc.
  • Language skills: ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures, write reports, present information, and speak before groups.
  • Reasoning ability: apply common sense to carry out instructions, solve practical problems with limited standardization.
  • Physical demands: ability to walk, talk, stand, reach, lift up to 35 pounds, meet safety guidelines.
Additional Information
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Self‑motivated, prioritize work, strong communication skills, proactive attitude.
Education and/or Experience
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Formal training or demonstrated proficiency with Blueprint reading and GD&T methodology (preferred). Third‑party certifications (CCT, CQE, CQT) preferred.
