We are searching for our next Quality and Warranty Specialist! Do you love construction, solving problems, and making customers happy? This job might be for you! This position is a field-based role responsible for on-site quality inspections and some hands-on warranty work after possession. You will work side by side with our Quality & Warranty Coordinator, who handles all scheduling, homeowner communication, and documentation – your focus is in the field: inspecting, assessing, and getting things fixed.
This is a great fit for someone who knows construction, takes pride in delivering a finished product that’s done right, and genuinely enjoys working with people.
