Repair and maintain electric and propane powered material handling equipment (MHE).;
Monitor and trend, troubleshoot and repairs, and perform preventative maintenance on equipment.;
Install and repair electrical and lighting issues, dock doors, and dock plates.;
Conduct preventive maintenance within manufacturer guidelines and established timelines (oil changes, filter changes, calibration, etc.).;
Log time and materials into computerized maintenance management system.
