Position Overview / Descripción GeneralWe are currently seeking dependable Concrete Laborers and Helpers to join our growing team. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, are physically active, and want to build a career in the construction industry.
As a Concrete Laborer / Helper, you will assist experienced Foremen and Finishers with residential and commercial concrete projects throughout Central Indiana. This is a great opportunity to learn a skilled trade while earning competitive pay and working year-round.
Responsibilities / ResponsabilidadesAssist with concrete construction projects
Load, unload, and move materials
Assist with forming, pouring, and finishing concrete
Operate basic hand and power tools
Maintain a clean and organized job site
Follow directions from Foremen and Finishers
Work safely and efficiently as part of a team
Assist with site preparation and cleanup
Qualifications / RequisitosConstruction or outdoor labor experience preferred but not required
Ability to lift 50+ pounds
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Strong work ethic and reliability
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Team-oriented mindset
Reliable transportation preferred
Compensation & Benefits / Compensación y Beneficios$18.00 – $22.00 per hour
