We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join a fast-paced, high-volume logistics and distribution center focused on sustainable circular economy solutions. In this role, you will perform skilled maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on complex mechanical, electrical, and industrial conveying systems to maximize operational uptime and efficiency.

  Schedule:
  
  Set Sunday-Thursday schedule, keeping your weekends free.

• Troubleshoot & Repair:
  Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, PLC, and HVAC issues in accordance with safety policies and SOPs.
• Minimize Downtime:
  Proactively investigate equipment issues and execute corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance.
• Maintain Systems:
  Oversee high-volume conveying systems, motors, water systems, and industrial washers.
• Inventory & Tool Management:
  Secure, manage, and recommend purchasing for spare parts, hand tools, and power equipment.
• Leadership &
  
  Collaboration:
  
  Assist the Maintenance Lead with efficiency projects and help oversee or review the work of lower-level technicians.
• Working hours:
  
  11:00 PM - 7:00 AM

• Specialized Systems:
  Previous experience working with large-volume industrial washers and water filtration/treatment systems.
• Mechanical Trades:
  Background in welding, pipe installation/repair, and heating or boiler units.
• Inventory Control:
  Experience establishing or maintaining purchasing and tool inventory controls.
• Shift Flexibility:
  Absolute availability to work the designated third-shift schedule.

• High School

• 1-4 years

• Experience:
  
  3 to 5 years of experience in general machine operations, industrial facility maintenance, and high-volume conveying systems.
• Electrical Expertise:
  At least 3 years of hands-on experience with electrical maintenance and PLC controls troubleshooting.
• Technical Knowledge:
  Working knowledge of industrial motors and general facility maintenance (including forklifts, doors, and building systems).
