Manually picks up windblown paper from landfill periphery and walks along the border to collect refuse;
Operates a mobile vacuum to gather loose paper and debris;
Drives a tractor pulling a vacuum along the landfill border and exterior areas;
Directs traffic of trucks at the landfill entrance and along the site;
Lifts construction materials and uses hand tools for site maintenance; separates recyclables from trash on the tipping floor
