Role Description This is a full-time, CDL B Truck Driver role located in Greenfield, IN. The CDL B Truck Driver will operate company trucks to transport demolition debris, materials, and equipment to and from job sites in accordance with DOT and company safety standards. Daily tasks include conducting pre-trip and post-trip inspections, securing and tarping loads, following assigned routes and schedules, and maintaining accurate delivery and load documentation.

The driver will assist with loading and unloading materials as needed, coordinate with site supervisors and dispatch, and support safe work practices on active demolition and remediation projects. The role may also involve basic vehicle upkeep reporting and adherence to all environmental and safety regulations.

Qualifications

  • Valid CDL Class B license with a clean driving record and familiarity with DOT regulations.
  • Experience operating commercial trucks (e.g., dump trucks, roll-off trucks or similar) in construction, demolition, or industrial environments.
  • Ability to perform thorough vehicle inspections, safely secure loads, and follow written and verbal instructions on job sites.
  • Strong commitment to safety, reliability, and punctuality, with the ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset to coordinate with dispatchers, supervisors, and crew members.
  • Physical ability to climb in and out of trucks, lift and move materials as required, and wear appropriate PPE.
  • Previous experience in demolition, hauling, or environmental services is a plus.
  • Willingness to comply with company policies, pass any required background checks and drug screenings, and participate in safety training.
