At Foamcraft, we make real products used every day. This role is critical to making that happen—you’re the one keeping materials moving, supporting the sewing team, and making sure production doesn’t slow down.

• Keep the sewing line moving by feeding materials to operators
• Stuff and prepare products so they’re ready for the next step
• Collect finished materials and get them ready for fulfillment
• Stay organized—keep materials clean, sorted, and easy to access
• Move materials throughout the department safely and efficiently
• Step in to support other areas when needed

• You like to stay moving and stay busy throughout your shift
• You take pride in keeping things organized and running smoothly
• You’re dependable—your team is counting on you
• You’re comfortable with repetitive, hands‑on work
• You work well with others and support the team

• Manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience is helpful—but not required
• If you’ve done physical, fast-paced work before, you’ll likely do well here

• On your feet and moving most of the day
• Lifting and moving materials (up to ~50 lbs at times)
• A fast-paced environment where your work directly impacts the team
