A Yard Operations Associate Position

We are hiring immediately for a Yard Operations Associate. The role involves learning distribution and supply chain techniques used by Fortune 250 companies. The position includes working in one or multiple yards, operating equipment, loading/unloading product, and following standard receiving and shipping processes.

Monday through Friday; 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

• Provide spotting duties for equipment operators
• Perform rigging and cribbing of all materials
• Inspect all equipment used daily
• Receive, count, and record shipment data into the system
• Prepare packages and merchandise for storage and delivery
• Operate heavy equipment

Compensation: $19.13 - $22.96 per hour, with potential bonus or sales incentive plans. Benefits include paid time off, medical, dental, vision, and retirement savings plans.

• High school degree or equivalent preferred
• 1 year of warehouse operations experience preferred
• Equipment operations, warehouse, and customer service experience preferred

• Strong attention to detail required
• Basic computer skills preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and climb ladders
• Ability to walk long distances throughout the day
