Position Summary
U.S. Auto Force, a division of U.S. Venture, Inc., brings together more than 100 years of experience as an industry leader in the distribution of tires, undercar parts, and lubricants to independent tire retailers, auto repair shops, and automotive dealerships.
The schedule for this position is Monday–Friday, 5:00 am to 1:30 pm, with rotating Saturdays for overtime. Schedules are subject to change based on business needs and may require overtime.
Job Responsibilities- Load, unload, and stock tires and auto parts in a fast‑paced warehouse environment using industrial vehicles such as a forklift or picker equipment.
- Use scanners to locate and put away tires and assist with inventory control.
- Lift up to 80 pounds on occasion, with consistent lifting of 50 pounds throughout the shift; team lifts or mechanical equipment are used for commercial tires.
- Exert up to 40 pounds of pushing force when working with barrels or industrial/agricultural tires.
- Work at heights up to 25 feet safely while operating equipment.
- Remain on the move, working on your feet for extended periods, and be willing to work overtime as needed.
- Contribute to a culture of safety by adhering to all safety policies and operating procedures.
- Assist other departments (e‑commerce, inventory, will call) as business needs dictate.
- Perform other job‑related tasks or follow supervisor instructions when reasonable accommodations allow.

Physical demands include frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds and occasional lifts of up to 80 pounds, as well as up to 40 pounds of pushing force when handling commercial tires. Workers must also operate equipment safely while meeting safety and manufacturing guidelines.
Protective equipment required: steel or composite toe boots, safety vest, safety harness, seatbelt, and self‑retracting lifeline (SRL). All equipment is provided by U.S. Auto Force except for steel or composite toe boots.
Work environment may include exposure to weather conditions, moderate noise levels, and fumes from tires, car parts, and lubricants.
Qualifications- Must be 18 years or older to operate equipment.
- At least 1 year of warehouse/logistics or relevant experience.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds consistently and up to 80 pounds occasionally.
- Ability to exert up to 40 pounds of pushing force with barrels and industrial/agricultural tires.
- Ability to work at heights up to 25 feet while operating equipment.
- Adherence to company safety policies, state and federal transportation regulations, and manufacturing guidelines.
- Forklift certification.
- Willingness to work overtime as needed.
- Ability to follow instructions and safe operating procedures.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Successful completion of a pre‑employment drug test (no THC/marijuana test).
