We are searching for hard‑working individuals to join our team as Shipping Team Members.

Overtime is required when mandated. All positions will train on first shift before moving to the off shift. We operate 24 hours a day.

Starting pay is $21.00/hour plus shift premium:

• $1.00/hour (2nd shift)
• $2.00/hour (3rd shift)

• Verify and keep records on incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Prepare items for shipment, ensuring customer requirements and safety policies are followed.
• Order post for shipment and navigate to final storage location on customer label.
• Perform 2‑ or 3‑point scans on AIAG label, location, and in‑house Kanban.
• Unload products from storage location and carry them to the shipping packing area.
• Place unloaded products on pallets, following packing procedures.
• Package pallets according to packaging standards per customer.
• Support forklift operator as needed.
• Read and understand Kanban, matching parts to Kanban.
• Use calipers for measuring parts when required.
• Move parts into final storage location and process returned packaging.
• Finalize orders for shipments.
• Maintain safety‑aware mindset and equipment upkeep.
• Acquire knowledge on all equipment necessary to perform duties.

• Minimum of six months related experience or one‑year certificate from a technical school (or equivalent education and experience).
• Must pass a Hazmat physical within two weeks of employment.
• Receive training on 1st shift (6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.) before transferring to weekend days or nights.
• Troubleshooting experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to lift containers up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionally.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, and work in physically demanding environments.
• Capability to work with various chemicals, such as zinc, caustic, and acids.
• Willingness to work 12+ hour shifts, including weekends.

• Regularly required to talk and hear.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift 25–100 lbs.
• Frequent hand use, including fine manipulation and repetitive tasks.
• Specific vision requirements: close, distance, color, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.

• Language:
  Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business documents, technical procedures, and governmental regulations; write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals; present and respond to questions from managers, clients, or the public.
• Mathematics:
  Perform basic arithmetic operations, fractions, decimals, rates, ratios, percentages, and interpret bar graphs.
• Reasoning:
  Solve practical problems with limited standardization; interpret instructions in written, oral, or diagrammatic formats.
