Process Assistant

Job Overview

Process Assistants will support operations leaders and associates in delivering strong operations results within our fulfillment centers. Duties include production tasks as needed: pick/pack orders, receive/stow product, ensure inventory accuracy, and unload/load trucks. Lead Process Assistants will also communicate instructions to associates, motivate them, and maintain a safe work area.

• Pick and pack orders.
• Receive and stow product.
• Ensure inventory accuracy.
• Unload and load trucks.
• Communicate instructions to associates.
• Motivate associates and maintain safety.

• Minimum 18 years old, authorized to work in the United States.
• At least 40 hours/week, overtime as required.
• Physically able to lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk for up to 10-12 hours, and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach.
• One or more years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Work flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
• Preferred:
  Two or more years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience.

• Safe work environment with reflective vest, stretch and recognition for safe work.
• Relaxed, casual dress code (meeting safety requirements).
• Noise and temperature levels vary; hearing protection available.
• Possible work on a secure mezzanine up to 40 feet or on powered equipment such as forklift or cherry picker.

Health care (medical, dental, vision) coverage starts on Day 1, 401(k) with company match, holiday/overtime pay and employee discount. Relocation assistance is NOT provided. Additional earnings may include shift differentials and overtime pay.
