Schedule:

Full-Time | Sunday-Thursday | 11pm-7am

Job Summary

As a General Labor associate, you will play a key role in supporting warehouse operations by safely moving, storing, and distributing materials throughout the facility. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, detail-oriented, and experienced in operating warehouse equipment while maintaining productivity and inventory accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport materials throughout the warehouse using powered industrial equipment.
• Load and unload inbound and outbound trucks while following established safety procedures.
• Pick, pack, sort, stage, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Accurately receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials and products.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through proper scanning, labeling, and documentation.
• Deliver materials to production or shipping areas to support daily operations.
• Organize products and materials in designated warehouse locations.
• Perform routine equipment inspections and report any maintenance or safety concerns.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment following company safety standards.
• Meet daily productivity, quality, and attendance expectations.
• Work collaboratively with warehouse team members and supervisors to ensure efficient workflow.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-2 years of recent warehouse or material handling experience.
• Updated resume
• Strong understanding of warehouse safety procedures.
• Excellent attendance record and reliability.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with inventory control and warehouse documentation preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
• Willingness to work mandatory overtime as business needs require.
