We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse & Materials Manager to join our team. This position will be responsible for various tasks that support warehouse operations, ensuring accurate inventory management, timely order fulfillment to our customers, warehouse organization, materials management and a safe working environment. This role works directly with the sales office. The position is Monday to Friday 8AM to 5PM.

• Fulfill orders by picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment according to established procedures and schedules.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and ensure proper labeling and storage of products.
• Receiving and unloading shipments while doing a visual inspection of the products.
• Palletizing boxes of finished products.
• Organizing the Warehouse.
• Materials Management.
• Prepare shipping documents, arrange for pickups, and ensure timely dispatch of orders to customers.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized warehouse and workspace.

• Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is a plus.
• Basic math skills.
• Entry-level knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Forklift experience a plus.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS).
