As a Warehouse Logistics Associate, you will play a vital role in the efficient flow of goods within our high-volume distribution center. You will utilize industrial equipment to manage inventory, ensuring that products are accurately stocked and prepared for delivery to our customers.

• Operate forklifts and order pickers to load, unload, and organize inventory within a fast-paced environment.
• Utilize handheld scanning technology to maintain precise inventory records and streamline stock location.
• Perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs consistently and up to 80 lbs occasionally to ensure order fulfillment.
• Navigate warehouse racking systems at heights of up to 25 feet while adhering to strict safety protocols.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support e-commerce and inventory management initiatives.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace to promote operational efficiency and workplace safety.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a warehouse or logistics setting.
• Ability to safely operate heavy industrial machinery and pass certification.
• Physical capability to perform manual labor, including lifting and pushing heavy items.
• Commitment to following all safety policies and operational guidelines.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• Prior experience with inventory management software or RF scanners.
• Proven ability to work effectively within a high-speed, team-oriented environment.
• Comfortable working at significant heights in a warehouse setting.
