Controller, Accounting, Financial Reporting

GREENFIELD Company Controller BETE is seeking a senior finance professional responsible for managing the company's accounting operations, financial reporting, and internal financial controls to ensure the company's financial records are accurate and compliant with

Regulations.

• Own And Execute Monthly Close (journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, variance analysis)
• Oversee manufacturing accounting including inventory, costing, WIP, and cost variances
• Prepare and review financial statements and management reporting
• Oversee accounting operations including AR, AP, and cash flow
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls
• Partner with operations and leadership on financial insights and issue resolution
• Support audit preparation and external requests as needed
• Improve accounting processes and support ERP/system clean-up if applicable
• Provide guidance and oversight to accounting staff (if applicable)

8+ years? accounting experience in a manufacturing environment Prior Controller experience Strong knowledge of inventory, costing, and manufacturing financials Month-end close ownership and financial reporting expertise Advanced Excel skills ERP

System Experience (manufacturing-focused ERP Preferred) Nice-to-Have Skills: CPA or CMA ERP implementation or optimization experience Prior interim/contract consulting background Audit or PE-backed manufacturing exposure Soft Skills / Culture Fit:
