Automotive Office Assistant​/Title Clerk

Ford & Toyota of Greenfield is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Automotive Office Assistant/Title Clerk to join our team in Greenfield, MA. This role is critical in supporting our dealership’s administrative and title processing functions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all paperwork and customer interactions.

• Process and manage vehicle titles, registrations, and related documents in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain organized records of all title paperwork and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Assist the sales and service departments with administrative support, including data entry and filing.
• Communicate with DMV, lenders, and customers to resolve title and registration issues.
• Support general office duties such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, and customer service as needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification in automotive office procedures is a plus.
• Previous experience in title clerking, automotive office assistance, or a related field preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Proficiency with computers, Microsoft Office, and dealership management software.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and communicate effectively with team members and customers.

• Competitive hourly wage of $20.00 - $22.00.
