Executive Assistant (Greenfield) Join our team! Community Action Pioneer Valley (CAPV), a leading anti-poverty and economic security agency serving Franklin, Hampshire, and Hampden Counties, is seeking an Executive Assistant to support our Executive Director and Executive Team — including coordinating Board of Directors' meetings and a wide range of administrative and operational work.
This role is an exceptional launching pad for someone excited to grow into nonprofit leadership. You'll work side-by-side with the Executive Director and Executive Team, gain hands-on mentorship, and build the skills and organizational fluency to grow in the future — all while making a meaningful impact on your community right now.
We're looking for a detail oriented, highly organized person with 4+ years of senior level administrative, office, and/or project management experience in a human services or business environment, strong written and verbal communication and customer service skills, and the initiative and discretion to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This is a 37.5-hour-a-week position.
Pay range: $27.80 - $29.51.
