Pay:
Starting at $15 per hour with hourly increases at 180 days, 1 year, and every 6 months after the first year (based on anniversary date).

• Deliver superior customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and guests, ensuring an exceptional judgement‑free experience.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information scripts.
• Greet members, register and tour new members, log amenities.
• Respond promptly and professionally to member questions and concerns.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point‑of‑sale system.
• Promote PE@PF fitness instruction classes to existing and new members.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and safe club environment.

• Customer‑service experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent (preferred).
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Basic computer proficiency.
