Blue Jay Dental is seeking a highly motivated, skilled, and personable Associate Dentist to join our client's established practice in Greenfield, MA, on a part-time basis. The practice has been in business for over 50 years and offers a fantastic opportunity for professional growth. The ideal candidate will prioritize patient care, have a compassionate and confident bedside manner, and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Position Overview:
- Part-time opportunity in a well-established practice with an active patient base patients)
- Schedule:
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, 8 am 5 pm - 35% FFS / 65% Insurance patient base
- Average of 35 new patients per month
- Modern practice with Dexis digital x-rays, Cerec scanner & milling unit
- In-office specialty work:
Sleep Apnea, Invisalign, and Candid Clear Aligners - Dr. chairs: 6, Hygiene chairs: 5
- Opportunity for clinical development with a generous CE allowance

Compensation:
- Strong minimum guarantee and percentage of collections

Qualifications:
- 4-5 years of clinical experience preferred, but GPR/AEGD graduates will be considered
- Current active dental license in MA, in good standing
- Highly proficient in all aspects of general dentistry ability to examine, diagnose, and treat patients, with a focus on prevention
- GPR or AEGD preferred
- Desire and willingness to continue to learn and improve
