DUTIES:

• - Assist teachers in teaching of students in all aspects of the student day
• - Work cooperatively in an interdisciplinary setting with staff, students, parents
• - Assist teachers in all aspects of student management – some restraint management is required at times
• - Assist with preparation of classroom environment and materials
• - Ability to manage and work with small groups of students
• - Other duties as assigned

SALARY:
As per Unit C contract starting at $18.40/hour Position Type: Full-time

• QUALIFICATIONS:
  
  - NCLB Highly Qualified
  - Associate Degree or equivalent coursework preferred
  - Positive interaction style with adults and students

• At least 1 year(s) of relevant experience preferred.
• Associate degree preferred.
