• Develop and implement individualized education plans for students on your caseload
• Deliver engaging lessons tailored to diverse learners, ensuring access to curriculum

• Assess and track student progress, adjusting strategies as needed for each learner
• Foster a classroom atmosphere that encourages confidence, curiosity, and growth
